I’m thinking of these terms “racism” “homophobia” and worst of all “child sexual abuse” They are all part of the victimism of the vulnerable by the predators in our society.
There was once an attitude that girls invite rapists when they wear sparse clothing. I think their clothing does inspire men, but not to rape.
Rapists admit they check out vulnerable people- small girls, boys, children. Hair in ponytails are handy to grab onto.
There are women predators too. I was a victim of one and a male I knew was also a victim of a female predator
Let’s not categorize predators as being anything other than what they are, which is sick and possibly dangerous.
They come in all races in all parts of the world. They are opportunists, probably damaged by predators in their own younger years. But they must be sorted out. The chain needs to be broken

The reason there is more of them nowadays is that there are more people

Predators are not necessarily mentally ill although I’ve known of a few mentally ill predators
