What I am thinking of at the moment re controversies: wars, homelessness, medical (Covid ) addictions, mental illnesses and Canada putting us back on the side of Palestine being two-state and backing Ukraine over Russia.

My mind goes back to the old time truckers who travelled our backroads in all seasons with poor tires and poor equipment.

Two oldtime trucker cliches come to mind: ” Do something even if it is wrong! ” and “Never say ‘whoa’ in a tight spot!”
