If we only knew how much we are being manipulated.

In the world of Ai we can be made to believe the sky is not blue, but pink with yellow polka dots. And none of us are immune

Shakespear wrote “All the worlds a stage. And all the men and women merely players…”

That may have been true in his day, before television and social media. Now we all, except for the powerful few, are simply part of the audience.

We become emotionally attached to our politicians and influential others, whose agendas may not always be what we believe them to be. Their playacting in front of our very eyes creates our perceptions. If they oppose one another we take sides and become quite passionate about our choices.

Meanwhile human history repeats itself, as in Roger Miller’s song “The pendelum swings like a pendelum do…” We, in the so-called civilized part of our world, have had the very best of years from about 1960 until these present unsettling times.

Other parts of the planet have continued to suffer greatly from horrific and constant wars. The softer side of our humanity has attempted to help. But most of us have just stood back and said, “Thank God thats not happening to us”

Deep down we thought, “We are better, more civilized than they are. We are entitled to our wealth. Our peaceful world”

Perhaps the time has come when we need to think of the world as a whole. And decide on what’s best for everyone.
